Personal care means physical contact between the care giver and the patient. It includes washing, grooming, dressing, toileting and continence care. These individual work with a plan and know exactly how to keep the clients happy.

They have a detailed plan which the care giver follows. Assistance in toileting, then bathing etc.  Heath care is different that the personal service given by them is called health giver. And the receiver is the patients. This relationship is based on trust and can be threatened by any controlling authority.

Healthcare is a basic human right and has to be provided by the state and is regulated by it. Healthcare is a human service the control is with those are responsible and directly involved with the welfare of the patient, and doctors.  They have a social contract to help those who are suffering and promote well being without anyone interfering with anyone who is involved for political gain.

The value of healthcare involves the cost of the clinical condition.  Healthcare for all is a sort of socialism. In wealthy countries everyone is covered nobody goes without healthcare.

In America 44 per cent are single payers of healthcare.
